Returns & Refund Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and satisfying as possible. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policies are here to help.


  • We offer easy exchange . Returns and cancellations are not allowed.

  •  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 25 days of delivery for an exchange of equal or lesser value. Monetary refunds are not provided.
  • Only one exchange is permitted per order.

  • After we receive the returned product, the exchange order will be dispatched within 7 business days.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for your exchanged product(s) to reach us and be processed.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products are non-exchangeable:

  • Stitched lehengas

  • Used or damaged items

  • Final sale / clearance products

Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Free from scratches, stains, defects, or deformities

  • Not worn, washed, altered

  • With all original tags & packaging intact

Any item that fails these checks will not qualify for an exchange.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

A continuous, unedited unboxing video is required to process complaints for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items

  • Missing products

Without this video, no exchange or support claim can be processed.

For sizing concerns, the video must clearly show you wearing the item.

Standard Sizing

All products come in standard sizes, as mentioned in the product description on our website. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.


Reverse Pick-Up & Refunds

Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
