Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • All orders placed by 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Locations (Within India)

We deliver to most major cities across India, including many Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns, through our trusted courier partners.

However, due to the high-value nature of our products, delivery may not be possible in some remote or restricted locations.

We are continually working to expand our delivery network. If there are any limitations or updates regarding delivery to your location, our team will inform you promptly.


Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders — no minimum purchase required.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders are shipped from our nearest warehouse within 3–5 business days, subject to product availability.
  • Once dispatched, it may take an additional 2–6 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
  • In total, please allow 3–10 business days for your order to arrive, excluding the date of order placement.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking details will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take utmost care while packing and shipping your order. However, we are not liable for damages or loss during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, we recommend the following:

  1. Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  2. Retain all original packaging materials and damaged goods to support your claim.

Courier Restrictions

Some products may be subject to courier or location-specific delivery restrictions. In such cases:

  • Additional delivery time may be required.
  • Rarely, the order may need to be canceled with a full refund.
